LOL you kill me who the **** pays retail for parts idiots thats it. 3.4L stroker is for 1500whp plus... Getrag 6 speeds hold easily 800hp go do some research before talking out of your ass.
Go look up how many Supras run the TH400 and get back to me. Regardless of who pays retail or not I provided solid proof and brought up valid points without resorting to name calling.

Thousand HPs supra need a built block and head. Yes, they will run, but like all cars, it wont be safe.

LS7 don't have enought 'material' between the cylinders for high-boost application. Their are just bored LS2 which are bored LS1.

Dude you don't even know what you're talking about,
All 6speeds with upgraded clutches the list is endless RPS triple plated carbon/carbon... None of these cars running 1000hp cars running stroker kits, just piston/rods. 800s are stock block.
And wotm's 6psed GT47-88 Turbo 1359rwhp at 42psi with lots more room for boost and spray, runs 8.69@171mph on the same style tilton clutch. I don't disagree that alot of supra guys run th400 but it's definitely not needed extra expense for nothing when triple plate carbon clutches have proven to easily into the 8s.
"The bottom-end was built with Carrillo H-Beam rods and CP pistons. The pistons required the bottom-end to be bored out 0.020, with the piston tops coated with Polydyn ceramic and the piston sides coated with Teflon. The head was ported/polished by Tony Urrutia of SHP Racing Heads. Tony also performed the head work on my 958 rwhp car(Stock block car)" Still stock crank and stock sleeves no stroker kit.

I don't get what Trish is smoking.. The Supra is cool and all but you need a fortune to get it to 1000hp, Granted the car costs less than a ZR1 but the ZR1 I am sure will be very easy to get 800-900hp from on a stock SC
This is true. You're 100% right, but I wasn't talking of money I was talking about durabiity.

Ask the guy on this forum with the 1000whp Supra. He didn't touch to the block or head and he is running it like hell for now X years.

Don't need the race gas by the barell, don't need a th400 tranny, 2K of tuning really not this isn't canada, people tune supras in 4-5 hours. unless you're getting charged 400$/hr i guess so. 4" exhaust is not 1500$, you can get an aluminum exhaust 4" for 900$. Don't need the nitrous kit and how is 1000$ to install a direct port kit and a kit is not 1500$ for only 150shot? 20 hours labor are you kidding me? Don't need to spend 10k on a built engine when you can easily run 800whp on stock block, don't really need more for street or to beat a zr1 for that matter. Not to mention you just buy worlds fastest supra built for 60k.

All those parts are HKS and JUN no wonder the prices are ridiculous and the car has warranty.

.

- turbo, manifold, wga : +- 2 000
- full exhaust, dp, O2: +-1 200
- fuel pump, reg, line, rail, injectors: +-1000
- clutch: +- 800
- engine management: +- 1000

Je suis pas folle....
