I hear a lot about bikes getting stolen lately .. what the hell is happening ????

Is it that easy to steal and register a bike ?? don't they have VINs and everything just like cars ?

they're easy to steal, takes 2 guys, a van, or a pick up, u just throw the bike in the bak and drive off

and yes, u CAN register a stolen bike, its MUCH easier than u guys thinks.
